A. Update the staz software

  1. Download the latest staz setup file using the following link: https://wbdscloud3.s3.amazonaws.com/Setup/4/stazSetup.exe
     
  2. Run the downloaded setup file and select the Repair/Update option.


Does the update resolve the issue? If not, please proceed with the rest of the instructions below.


B. Generate staz debugging logs

  1. Open your staz desktop software → Click on Settings → Preferences → Make sure the Enable advanced logging for debugging option is enabled → Save.
  2. Important! Click the menu icon at the upper-left corner of the Dashboard of the staz software and select the Exit option.
  3. Open the staz software again.
  4. Replicate the problem or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
  5. Using Windows Explorer, go to the folder mentioned below → Copy the Logs folder which you will find there to any another location (Such as the Desktop) → Compress the copied Logs folder to .zip and send it to us.

    C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\staz\staz\Jobs\{6E820F39-1F0F-4C22-A9F6-5E7CAE6F6FA7}\

    - YourUserName:
     Your Windows username.
    - AppData: Hidden Folder.



C. The Windows Event Viewer details

  1. Replicate the issue or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
  2. Press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard simultaneously to open the Run dialog box.
     
  3. In the opened Run box, type eventvwr → Click OK or press Enter. The Event Viewer window will open.
     
  4. From the left panel of the Event Viewer, select Windows Logs then Application.
     
  5. Refer to any recent errors/events that seem to be related to the staz application and us all the details about those errors/events.
